Good but can cause stomach upset
This is an effective probiotic size in the composition. Everything is okay, but the only problem was that have some stomach upset. Not sure if it’s due to the probiotic or Ashok Ganda and it happened twice so I think you have to check your suitability. It may not fit everyone but still think the quality is great. The packing is great the price is okay
